  1. @mFrame or @brian.srock may have an idea, I am curious as well
  2. New builds are always fun, sometimes I think its the best part of reefing
  3. Sorry to hear about the problems, but seems like excellent detective work!
  4. The green status light should come on as soon as you plug the aquabus cable into your system. Sounds like the 1link is bad if the cable is good.
  5. If you already know how much to dose your tank and just can't always be there to do it manually, then the doser is a simpler setup in my opinion. I think there are options for programmable dosers that don't require an apex?
  6. Sorry to hear about your crash, but looking forward to the build thread.
  7. Ouch, sounds like a PITA. Please keep us posted on the results, if it works its a good thing for us to have in our toolkit!
  8. Well, I like your build. Its looking really cool!
  9. Wow, that's crazy that the CSB has recovered 😵
  10. I like the really clean look. I think you've hit on a key to this hobby, which is to know how much time and money you will have to spend on it and then plan/choose things appropriately
  11. The last ARC frag swap was in February I believe. Not sure when the next one will be, but hopefully in the fall/winter sometime. Maybe @brian.srock or @mFrame would have a better idea. San Antonio always has LMAR swap in the spring too.
  12. I guess to me the acid is more dangerous to work with and also reduces the size of the rock considerably. I saw a video some time back by BRS comparing the two methods and my recollection is that if I ever needed to do it bleach would be the way to go.
  13. Whoa! Not to derail your thread, but good to see you again after so long
  14. If you decide to nuke the rock, you might consider using bleach instead of acid
  15. Well, progress is good at whatever rate, right?
  16. Can't wait to see the finished stand!
  17. Sorry, I have no experience with acrylic repair. My first thought was why not add baffles to the 40 breeder?
  18. The Bellina is looking good. Compare it to the original ORA Bellina picture: https://www.orafarm.com/product/bellina/
