Saturday, May 19th, at 3 pm The details: Our guest speaker will be Dr. Harry Miller, retired veterinarian – Dr. Miller has taken courses on fish pathology and diseases but is technically not a fish specialist by veterinarian standards. However his insight into quarantining, disease transmission and possible basic treatment protocols will be most informative. There will door prizes and as always an assortment of ARC merchandise will be available as well. Cerameco Raffle This raffle will be for the "Arches" group consisting of 6 peices. $5 per ticket, 5 tickets for $20. We will sell 50 tickets for the group, the drawing will be held at the first meeting after all tickets are sold, need not be present to win. Tickets will be available at meetings and on the website. Premium Membership cards will be available at the meeting too. Please see Robin for your card. Yep, lots going on that day. I REALLY wanted to make this one, but the 19th is drill weekend for me, delayed by UT Commencement, and the following weekend is Memorial Day and Wife's Birthday Weekend. Dr. Miller should be a great speaker you won't want to miss. I'd suggest heading to All WYSIWYG for the grand opening and then caravan over to catch the ARC meeting. I've never quarantined fish, or had any issues, but it will be good to hear what I've been doing wrong. Also just want some more sweet raffle prizes. A time to blow off steam and put faces to names we see on the computer.... Hope I can make it to hear what the Dr has to say thanks for all you guys do to make the best of our meetings!!!! I will bring a 40G tub of chaeto with pods. Laignappe for people at the meeting. I will have many more than 2000 large Tiger Pods, but I will not count them.
