    i wouldnt leave the EB8 there.. i'd consider that a wet area based on how you plan on putting things there and the drain under... maybe on the wall next to it?

    This is why i call my tank a virtual cold war zone. everything is at odds, everything is keeping each other in check. something gets out of hand, BAM, they gone. (only exception here is anemones... they are the nuclear "stateless" actor....jerks) if you don't like that analogy, get goldfish

    bottom right (and left row of chalice) came out of my display. alieneye chalice, and pedal monti (parts i rescued before a shroom stung the rest) ..blob in the center (large alien eye) and zoa also from my display left center row came from RCA yesterday. bottom left aquatek (purple encrusting w/ blue polyps). orange plate on the bottom right fishgallery. open brain upper right, fish gallery. top left, neighbor wanted these to "recover" because they fell in his tank. fragspawn was from neighbors, the clown needed something.

    Darn thing leaked in between layers. super slow leak, but still. Reprinting after researching more w/ PETG and watertight in mind. Aquarium was my primary excuse for getting it.... I just had to learn everything before i even tried! Gotta wait like 18hrs this time.

    magnetic float, strip of abs sheetrock corner molding (mount the float to), 24v power brick, sprinkler valve.... $15 for peace of mind.

    And we're plumbed in!!! set to around 20-22gal/hr.. and the overflow isnt even breaking a sweat!

    cleaned, plumbed up... waiting overnight for glue. using tiny pump temp... The 3d printed overflow w/ minimal clearance for it....... and drains plumbed bypassing fuge to sump in garage... now tomorrow the trick is gonna be starting that siphon.....twice.. ugh. ok, looking for a decent light in the 50-100 range... anyone?

    dino's in my office biocube went away as soon as i got fish in it and fed them. h2o2 alone worked initially, but they didnt stay away... i hate to say it... if your tank is too clean... dinos *lol*

    thats was my exact frame of thought. I designed an overflow lastnight (or wee early this morning)

    hopefully its not too late..... when making manifolds, don't end w/ an elbow... use a tee and extra pvc and a cap. this allows you to add onto it later if you ever need to. looks awesome

    finally took the plunge... a frag tank! its running vinegar at the moment. still debating if i want to figure out some water exchange w/ the main tank, or isolate it.anyone know of a dual peristaltic pump w/ a single motor?
