+KimP
I've been following along and I'm definitely interested, though I might be a bit behind. It'd be great if this could be it's own section with the rules kept updated as a sticky.

scubasteve92
So, if i buy an AIO and the lighting is not sufficient, if I sell the light do I get that money back on my budget to add to other areas? Also I am thinking about doing a Par 38 bulb and already have a lamp for it. The lamp goes for $30 on amazon new, but I have had it for about 4 years? How do I price that? esacjack
you found a par38 for 30 bucks? is it just a floodlight?
scubasteve92
you found a par38 for 30 bucks? is it just a floodlight? no, that would be awesome! I mean a desk lamp, that I will use with the bulb. The bulb is $
scubasteve92
ok, so what about things like timer for lights? So is the break down: $150 for tank, $150 for Equip, $150 for coral, and $150 for livestock? Or is that wrong?
(Bio)³
coral is part of livestock I thought. $150 tank $150 equip $150 livestock(coral/fish/cuc)

+Capt. Obvious
timers = equipment, fixture = equipment, bulb = equipment...but if you got your tank cheap, the slush fund can go a long way

theresa
With contest ending with C4 what if Mike allow all tanks to be set up at C4 and the voting could take place there? I think this would be a wonderful display of the awesome ARC folks.

aggieMEDIC
Is that going to be enough time for the tanks to get established? Sent from my Galaxy SIII which is cooler than your phone.
+KimP
That sounds like a great idea but doesn't leave long at all to have them running. The hard part is keeping it going. I think 6mo sounds better.
(Bio)³
so what happens if the pico light and such are hooked to my apex for timers and everything? I was going to use it to run my ato also.
