With contest ending with C4 what if Mike allow all tanks to be set up at C4 and the voting could take place there? I think this would be a wonderful display of the awesome ARC folks.

A couple of weeks ago I bought a beautiful BTA from Long. Oh my gosh, I have a new BTA, today, it is awesome. The BTA I just bought from Long has already split. Last night when I fed all my babies in all three tanks, all was well. I just got home from work and was check each tank. I was looking and seen something that was a "what's that" thingy...Ran got me glasses and the BTA I bought from Long had split. The new BTA moved away from the original BTA. But both are about the same size. Oh my gosh.....so cute. I have been trying for months to get my RBTA to split and never has. Even doing what Cyrus told me to do. Last night I gave gave my new BTA a silversides and it just loved it. I am so excited about my new BTA. Okay, now that there are two BTA do I need to do anything special to help them while they heal? I broke the glass lens on metal halide. Is it possible to replace with plexiglass without melting the plexiglass. Sorry for the dumb question. thanks

Hi Everyone, would anyone in the Anderson Mill area have a light of 24 in I could use for a few days until my bulb comes in. No one in Austin carries the 70w MH DE that I need and my tank has been without lights for two days not. It must be 70 w MH light bulb out weekend... thanks theresa

So only the 70w is the heat part, the 10, 14, 20k have to do with color. Thank you all so very much.

I bought a MH lamp (70) to install on my tank. The bulb does not work. I need to buy a new one. I don't understand with the 10 k, 14k, etc. means. Would someone explain please? Also, does it matter if it is HQI or not? Will both work or one OR the other? thanks, theresa
