What about the mess in a reef tnak? Big predators make big poo, big poo = filtration issues. If you have a small to medium (medium being 90g or so) tnak with a big ol lion in it, wouldn't it spoil the water parameters thus affecting corals?
That wasn't direct at ya OOZA, just the comment about them being kept with corals. As in, they may not eat the corals but they could contribute to their death. I realize you were just repeating the information from the page. If a person is not an experienced hobbyist they may not think about how the waste could affect the water parameters.
So what do you fuzzy dwarf folks feed your mini lions? Nobody said what they feed them. Are you feeding large pellets or silversides? Even though they are small, they are still predators. Many predators are not very efficient with the digestion, hence why they are predators and not grazers. So even "small" predators can be large waste factories. This is quickly compounded when many people with "smaller" tnaks keep the "smaller" dwarf lions. See the equation there? Big lion/100g small lion/30g. Still the same percentage of predator in a confined space.
