  1. Are the dimensions 50"l x 23.25"w x 10"h or 50"l x 18.25"w x 10"h? You said it fit snugly on your 48.5"x18.5" 75g.
  2. Time to change-out the Plusrites...$52 (4 bulbs) for 10 months of use, not bad.

  3. Trick-or-treaters were more interested in the reef tank in the front living room than the candy we were handing-out.

  4. I picked-up this Acropora colony (looks maricultued) from RCA a few weeks ago. I usually shy away from these types of colonies, but I went ahead and took a shot. The "blue" accents have really started to set-in now.

    Skimmer Issue

Without a doubt, the cyano treatment is the cause of the skimmer overflow. Big water changes will fix that and running carbon will speed-up the process.
  6. Never heard back from you on this....do you still have the ARO VHO-4LX ballasts and VHO bulbs/endcaps? Thanks.

  11. Cali? Blue? Oregon? Becker?
  12. You don't even need lights for the tank to cycle. If your parameters continue to stay in check, start adding your CUC slowly, i.e., not all at once. I recommend you stay away from the Turbo snails. I prefer the Black Margarita snails, as they can right themselves if tipped-over and just seem more hardy.
  13. Is the collection cup damaged or is it just the pic making it seem that way (right-side, by the lid)? Maybe that's tape?
  14. What's the pump model on that skimmer?

  18. Jeremy's might still be for sale: http://www.austinreefclub.com/topic/18649-glasscages-120g-48x24x25/
  19. Any chance you could post 2 or 3 choice pieces with a price, so we can get a sense of your asking prices? I'd hate to make a trip all the way down south only to find out everything's out of my affordability range.
  20. If you're having trouble rubberbanding it to a rock, you can also stick a toothpick through the base of the frag and rubberband the toothpick to the rock....after it attaches, just remove the toothpick.
