Just curious if everyone thought breakfast tacos was a good idea or if there were other "non-cooking" breakfast alternatives. Pricing will be set to break even on ingredients...

Awesome work as usual!

This is seriously messed up

It depends. When I target feed my anemones I soak the silversides in Selcon beforehand. For those creatures that eat seldom, it's not expensive, and in my thinking it can't hurt.

Moved the spotting to the appropriate thread
Doh!

Wow, what a selection! Can't wait to make it down to your store in June and see it all in person!

We've hit our goal of 10 room bookings between us and MAAST, which means that we get the use of the BeachGate meeting room on 7/27 and 7/28. I'm not sure exactly what amenities are available there, but it'll provide a nice air conditioned place for us to meet up.
Who is interested in doing the build-your-own breakfast taco bar there for brunch on Saturday? I'm not sure what access we'll have to a kitchen, so worst case we can cook in the room I have rented and deliver food to the meeting room. What I'm asking for is volunteers to help run it (cooking, helping serve, etc.), assuming there is interest in doing this. If not breakfast tacos, other ideas?

I was interested at $.99 but for $2.99 bucks? Nahhh, I'll just log in via browser each time. If it ever goes on sale I hope it gets posted here again. Thanks.
It was on sale yesterday, hence the post. That's the problem with "Deal of the Day", you have to catch it then or wait for the next time.

Does the spot the arc contest count? ima catch up to chrisp on the luck lol
You haven't won yet, you're just entered into the drawing. Of course, you're the only name in the bucket right now so you just have to hold on for one more day...

The club recently received an Accli-Mate for review, but depending on the fish it may be too small for extended acclimation.
They have an XL model but it's super expensive.
The one that belongs to the club is available for check out by Premium Members. PM me if you would like to arrange a pickup to try it out. The only commitment is to do a product review for it afterward.

I like them, have a few in my pico. I'd leave them alone.

We've only received one legitimate entry for the Coast trip and a few gags for the SeaWorld trip. If you want to do an event shirt for SeaWorld we'll need some entrants quickly in order to have time to print them. And if you haven't pre-purchased your SeaWorld tickets, don't forget!

I don't use an iPhone myself, but I know that several members have used and recommended it as a good solution. Any of you Tapatalk users care to chime in?

Yes, just post here telling how many are in your party with a breakdown of how many will need admission tickets and how many will be attending the tour.

Holy cow, it is your birthday! Congratulations!

Happy Birthday Matt

Dave Pettit's majano wand will probably work on it as well, but yeah, that stuff goes everywhere.

If serious damage is not being done, they'll hash this out within about 2 weeks. If the smaller one looks like he's getting hurt then you'll want to separate them.

Thx for the reply. I'm gonna keep my eyes out for some 55 gallon drums, but if in the next couple weeks I cannot find any I may hit you up if you've still got em. Have they been cleaned out well or would I need to do that? What would you recommend the best way would be to totally sterilize something like that so I could start storing RO water without the risk of algae or bacteria growing in it?
I'm using Dr. Pepper syrup barrels as well (14g and 30g) and all I did was rinse them several times with a cup full of bleach added to the water. I rinsed them over several days and then let them dry out. I actually like the faint smell of Dr. Pepper I get when I open them.
If you search on Austin, Craigslist for "water barrel" you'll get tons of reasonable priced options. I bought my 55gal from the barrel supply in Buda on the southbound service road because I was in a rush, and I feel like I overpaid at the time.

If the reduced price buy goes through, are these one time tickets (the park ones) or are they the "use all season long" ones?
These are 1 day tickets, not season passes
-
That's a great deal on a nice all-in-one fixture. I have a clone of it over my 90g and have been very happy with it, and I paid almost $400 for mine. The hanging kits for it are only about $20, someone should snag this!

We'll have meetups at both the AquaDome and RCA during the week before the trip so that you can pickup your tickets and have them on hand for arrival at the park.
