  1. I am too lazy to read all 4 pages of that other thread but I will say that I have never been anything but happy with my PM skimmer and the support they have offered on the 2 occasions that I called them.
  2. Just keep in mind that $550 for tank and stand really isnt a bad price .... tanks are cheap, stands are expensive. It is not uncommon to spend as much or more on the stand than the tank.
  3. I have a 40 gallon I was tearing down today but it is still up and running with nothing in it and It is running a 250w halide. If you need anything just let me know
  4. I am going to resort to the old saying .... "if you cant say something nice just dont say anything at all"
  5. please stop everything you are doing and do some more research! Two tangs in a 30gal tank along with some clowns and two nems!!! I am way to tired to tell you everything that is wrong with that but please just stop and do some research before you do anything else and find a good home for those tangs as fast as you can.
  6. Everyone says that but I have been dumping 5 gals a week for a little over a year with no I'll effects yet.
  7. I thought they renewed their sponsorship several months ago?
  8. ok so down to 3 chromis now ... I cant find the missing one anywhere. Is it possible for large LTA to eat a chromi?
  9. Well looks like I will be losing my job tomorrow ... If anyone is hiring send me a PM

      Sorry to hear :(

  10. I have already lost one bluespot in my 24g so I will make sure that I have a very tight fitting lid before adding one to my 40g.
  11. I have been wondering how many fish is too many. I currently have two O. Clowns, a purple fire fish, and 4 blue/green chromis in my 40g. I am running a 40 breeder display with a 20 long sump that is holding 15 gallons for a total system volume of 55 gallons. I am using a Precision marine redline 150 skimmer and running ROX 0.8 carbon and will probably be adding GFO in the near future. I would like to add a pink spotted goby and a blue spot jawfish as my final two fish. I know this is probably considered a very heavy bio load but I would like to know if it is possible with the setup I have. Thanks, Josh
  12. I guess you should buy a copy of Rosetta stone in Chinese in case you have to call for support.
  13. I just hope their product is better than their grammar.
  14. Put a bunch of water bottles in the freezer. When the temp starts to rise just start floating the frozen bottles. I know this isn't a long term fix but it will work for several hours.
  15. I'll take a small original. I already sent payment so let ne know if you don't recieve it. Thanks, Josh
  16. I love my phoenix but I do plan on running. 10k with actinics when my canopy is finished. I just want to compare the look and see which I like better.
  17. Very nice setup. Love the zoa rocks
  18. I have an API kit and never use it because the color was so hard to read at the lower end of the scale. Are there any sort of electronic nitrate meters similar to the hannah meters some of use got for phospates?
  19. dunno but I really liked having that homepage
  20. Mine went down the overflow and into the impeller on my skimmer pump.
  21. I never really did much research on the t5 because I finally got my pendant where I liked it. I think I am just going to wait until it is time to buy a new mh bulb and then I will switch to a Diy led setup.
  22. I have never heard of a anemone eating a cardinal but I guess if the anemone was large enough it could eat it. I have always fed mine mysyis.
  23. Wow this anemone is huge today! I thought it was big yesterday but it really settled in and is massive today. I am planning on adding some SPS across the top of my two arches but I have heard that anemones can move and sting SPS. Does it kill the SPS when it gets stung? Also is there a certain time period where if the anemone hasn't moved you can be pretty sure he is going to stay put? I know my BTA took 3-4 days to decide on a spot but after that he never moved for almost 6 months. Is the same true for this LTA? Thanks!!
