    I just saw this. I was able to get my nitrates down finally, but the damage was already done I think. She lost her eyes and wasn’t able to compete with my bigger fish for food [emoji29].     I’m nowhere near the expert that Ty is, but I agree. Leave them alone and feed heavy and with garlic. I also have ich in my tank, but my 2 hippos and yellow tang are super fat and healthy. I soak their food in a couple drops of garlicevery day and feed nori daily (not soaked in garlic). Chasing them around with a net to remove them all just adds to their stress. I have a UV sterilizer, but only a 36 watt coralife, nothing as large Ty’s. May be helping may not be. I’m not sure. [emoji23][emoji2368] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Trying to get those leathers to attach to rocks is not easy. I have them tied down with string. Both are still not happy. I cant do too much flow because they are not attached. Lol.     I got some of the green leather from bobcat also. [emoji175]. I’m no expert, but the nem looks fine. Sometimes they will open and expel all the old to bring in the new.     The two tanks held together with a bulkhead and an inverted 90 to keep the water in the refugium section but lower in the return. If I put the skimmer in the return section, I can adjust the water level there so it’s the right height for the skimmer. There would be baffles for bubbles and maybe a filter sock in the beginning Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
