    I'm not sure on carbon flow either, I didn't even know how much to put in the reactor! I just turned the flow as high as it went without tumbling the carbon lol

    Lookin good! Sorry about the Lps have you tried target feeding? Not sure if he's active anymore but "migs" lives right by you and he's officially a pro at saving scolys. Also have you considered dialing the lights back a little bit while things are unhappy? When I moved my acans into high light they kinda shriveled up like that too. They also got more flow as well though so not to say it was just light. Looks like we're Gona have to set you up with more sps

    It's always hard going out of town, the apex was the one thing that made it easier on me since it would make temp and light consistent! Hope the eel isnt to fat to move now since he got plenty of grub. Funny how all your corals get mad but your sps stay fine, your obviously a pro!

    If I found dead coral on the beach can I bring it back to the U.S. in my carry on?

      I've never had any problem bringing shells and coral skeletons back from cozumel. They sell them in gift shops as well, so I'm assuming there's no regulations on transporting dead ones.

      i know a few people that do... I use a co2 scrubber with sodasorb.. ph of 8.4 since day 1. Media gets replaced every two weeks.
