I think I need to turn predictive text off on my phone. This thing is twisted, and has a bad sense of humor. I wanted to tell someone about my new zoas ("pretty things"), phone sez thongs. Great, that got awkward.

I got it from a fellow MAAST member, screen name SinisterLou. No dollar value on it, since we traded a few things back and forth. I also got a really cool Tubs Mystic Blue acro from him. I really need to do a photo thread here on ARC. Hmmm........might be something to start after I grab a bite to eat in a few minutes.

Ya know, I just LOVE tearing down the rear end on a 4WD because someone tried to save a few bucks on a new pinon nut. Thanks for that buddy.

The door stop is not milled as part of the frame (unless your house is over 75 years old). If you can take the door off the hinges and CAREFULLY remove the door stop you will be able to just squeeze through the door with the stand. Once inside, just use trim nails to put the door stop back on, caulk it and paint it to match just like it was. Have had to do this twice to move a freezer in/out of my house. And have had to do it for several clients who bought items that were *just* a little too big to get through the door.

The new (to me) frag system is up and running. Adding live rock and macro today. It sure is going to make things nicer for me and my frags

Well, I confirmed again today that 55g tanks are tempered, apparently on ALL sides. I blew one a while back trying to drill the end panel. Today I imploded another one trying to drill the back. I'm just going to build the dang tank I want and be done with it.

Since I can't figure out where else to put this post, here it is Are there currently any plans for a Spring ARC frag swap? I really, really, really need to clear some room on my racks since I have upcoming plans for an upgrade. It's a jungle in there, LOL. I checked the calendar, nothing showing on there, so just curious.

You know it's time to thin the fuge when you drop a large piece of rubble in there, and it DOES NOT sink. My chaeto is like steel wool, ridiculous.

It would be hard to say for sure, I would consider it risky with any crustys though Well, crud. This particular cowrie can't go in one of my reef tanks, because he thinks sps are yummy. Drat. I guess it will have to wait until I get my 110's set up.

Just curious. I know he eats shrimp and crabs, do you think he would try to eat a 2" deer cowrie? I really want a tusk, but there is a deer cowrie in the tank I want to put him in. I don't care much about shrimp or crabs, but I love my cowries.

What in the world possesses people to think that they MUST pass that truck running in 4wd with their 2wd car, on an icy highway, going way too fast? This, I do not understand. And they have the nerve to act surprised when they find themselves in the ditch.

Nothing like watching a car come past you rear end first. They didn't start out that way. Lubbock to Snyder was a mess yesterday. The major giggle came from the hummer that blew past me hauling tail, honking and flipping me off, only to lose it, swap ends and wind up in the center median. I just beeped and waved, and kept driving. Ugly old Ford 4wd never missed a beat or spun a wheel. So there

If you value your tank (and your sanity) get them out now.Take out the rock they are on and sun dry it for a LONG time. The vinegar treatment only makes them mad, and they just split and multiply (same for aiptasia). I bought a frag with them on it, I wound up tearing half my tank out to get rid of them. They can, and will, take over your tank and kill your corals. You say they are only on one rock, get that rock out now, or regret it for a long time.
