R-BallJunkie
Hi, Chuck: My name is Chuck, and I am a reef-a-holic Board: Hi Chuck Chuck: Its been 2 weeks, since my last coral purchase Board: 'Clap' OK, OK....just kidding. I have my house up for sale in Houston...Missouri City, Sienna Plantation to be exact, and am looking at moving to the Round Rock / Pflugerville area. I am embarking on a new career, helping my buddy run his roofing business. I am a mechanical engineer by trade, but my company decided to do a round of layoffs....they didn't say I needed to go home, just that I didn't work there anymore. Got a bit of severance, and decided.....Hey, why not. I have always wanted to get out of the corporate rat race in Houston <just too darn big>. I did roof sales when i was in college, and one year after I graduated. I hope to bring some expertise and efficiency to my new company, Nailed Tight Roofing, based in Round Rock, off Heritage Center Circle (shameless plug!!!). My current setup is a 125 gallon, SPS dominant setup. I am working in Austin, Monday thru Friday...back to Houston on the weekends till the house sells. Afterwards, will be relocating the family to Austin. Here are some current tank shots. my thoughts are to have someone coral sit some of my larger colonies. they simply cannot be bagged. my corals are drug and disease free <ha ha>, everything dipped, incoming on my part, so no red bugs, no flatworms etc. it would be nice if someone had the real estate to hold onto them for a couple of weeks, while i get my new tank set up. I can offer you a frag of anything you wanted, that hits your water…or cashola. Please, only established tanks apply, over a year old. If anyone has a hail claim, or wants there roof looked at for hail damage, please don't hesitate to shoot me a pm. doing what i can to establish new business relationships, and definitely will give a reefers discount (mods, hope i am not breaking any rules, my apologies in advance). Some of the roofs i have inspected look like someone went at it with a baseball bat!! My current club is marshreef, in Houston. Here is a link to my old 90 gallon tank. i also post from time to time on reefcentral. ANY VOLUNTEERS ON HELPING ON RELO OF TANK, NAMELY CORAL SITTING, PLEASE SEND ME A PM. http://www.marshreef...OTM/2008/May08/ Enjoy! Robb in Austin
Howdy and welcome! Nice looking tank. I don't have any real room to babysit though, sorry. We have folks with big tanks so finding someone shouldn't be too hard. Also, don't forget some of our sponsors.

R-BallJunkie
what pieces do you need held?are they on rocks or plugs my larger tabling acro, mostly. there are a few other pieces i would rather not lose, the ORA red planet and the garf....hard to find. the tabling acro will barely fit into a 5 gallon bucket. all still out a bit, timewise. probably 2 months time. c
johnoburns
Hi Chuck, welcome to the group. My larger tank hasn't been setup a year or I might volunteer to host some things for a while. What is the tenth picture on your post? It is pink with some purple and a bright green mouth.
boogers
Welcome, Chuck. Nice to see another newcomer to Austin. I'm afraid that I can't be of much help but wanted to wish you the best of luck with your career and reefing move nonetheless. Gorgeous tank! -boogers

+mcallahan
I can also keep your RBTA as well. I seem to be very skilled in keeping 'nems and having them park themselves. My mother colonies kick off clones about every 2-3 months.
