They speculate the liopropoma genus is like wrasses where they are all female and the dominate turns male. They base this on the similar lipogramma genus. There have been people to successfully pair them. As they don't have any notable visible differences between male and female it's more or less a crap shoot. But female, female works as does male female, the only that doesn't work is male, male. So I basically have a 66.66% chance I'll get lucky.
