    liveaquaria.com

I have been thinking about placing the order on Monday the 21st.
  3. liveaquaria.com has a few things I would like to pick up, but no way am I going to pay for shipping all by myself. Anyone interested in a group buy? I've never heard of a group buy from them so I'm not sure about the details except that orders over $225 get free shipping. Anyone want in? I'd be willing to host this.
  4. Just add to the rest of my stuff.

Unfortunately yes it was. My little point and shoot has a decent digital macro, but it doesn't do so well through the glass. When I took this pic I was too lazy to go and get my DSLR thus the reason for the point and shoot
  6. The tank is up and running. I moved all of my livestock over and so far everything is doing great. I like my first attempt at aquascaping because it give me a lot of room on the sandbed and I think it looks pretty clean. Also, it is very open so the fish have plenty of places to swim and there is not many places for detritus to build up. On the other hand I can't decide if I like the large center mass in the aquarium. I still am toying with the idea of two rock peninsulas with a valley in between. I can't decide. Any opinions?
  7. Too bad I was placing my order with BRS about five minutes before you posted this.
  8. Congrats!! you wanna sell him?

Thank you sir, but I don't think I stand a chance next to yours.
  10. I had a Tiger tail cucumber in my 110 for about a year with absolutely no issues. I got it when it was about 3" and it was about a foot long when I sold it with my tank. It was great at keeping the sand bed clean. I may have just gotten lucky with my experience, but I thought I would share.
  11. I don't know of anyone local, but glass-holes.com sells them for dirt cheap and they usually will get them to you in just a couple of days. I have a bit for a 3/4" bulkhead if you just happen to be drilling that size I will let you borrow it.
  12. Tank is empty. I just need to clean it up and it will be ready to go.
  13. The power supply is different for the MP20 vs. the MP40. Otherwise I'd keep it for the same reason.
  14. grrr....so frustrated....I don't have enough salt to bring my SG where i like it for the new tank.

I'm sure any of our sponsors will be happy to help you remedy that issue. ;)

  15. I just got my new MP40W ES driver and power supply so I no longer need the MP20 driver or power supply. It's free to anyone who wants it.

    Sump and FRP panel

I think shipping would be crazy expensive. I would if you were willing to cover the cost, or I would be willing to meet you in Buda. That'll give me an excuse to go to cabela's.
  18. Today I moved the aquarium to its new location and re-hung my light over it. I also started the very slow process of filling the tank with water from my RO/DI. I have a 75 GPD unit so I imagine it will be full sometime tomorrow. Assuming there is no new leaks then I will mix in the salt and hopefully get the sand and LR in and start the aquascape this weekend. My MP40 ES driver is supposed to come in Friday morning so I will have new toy to play with when I get off work. I am excited to see what kind of flow this thing is capable of. The lights in the pics are just my actinics. I had already turned my one 250 watt MH off, but I am actually very surprised how well it lit the tank. I still plan on changing it down the road, but I think it will work well enough for now. The pic of the internal components of the sump are just to show the craftsmanship that PM puts into their refugiums. I am still very impressed with this thing.
  19. I have an one year old 34 gallon AIO Solana in excellent shape. No scratches that I can find. The only reason I am selling is because I am upgrading to a large tank. I have made a few mods including changing out the return pump for a rio, I think 2100, painted the glass on the stand black, and changed the stock skimmer out. The new skimmer is a barely four month old Euro-Reef Nano Reef Systems skimmer that works amazingly well. This cost me $200 this past February. This tank is still set up but I will move all of my livestock in the next few days and get this thing cleaned up. I also have approx. 40 lbs. of well established LR that I can throw in for an extra $50. I am looking to get $400 $375 for the Solana, stock stand, and skimmer. Or $450 for everything with the LR. Sorry the pics are bad.
  20. One question that I haven't been able to find is what all is included with the Lite package. I assume one temp probe and a DC8 and prob. nothing else? Does that sound right?
