      I've found it doesn't work out that well. The snails crawl out and the hermits die.

    Ich took the kole tang's life. Bummer. If the rabbitfish bites the dust I'm going fallow for 3 months in the hopes of starving the ich out.

      That sucks, man. My Kole was an Ich trooper for 6 months. He finally lost his battle once physical symptoms subsided. Sorry for your loss :(

      Actually my son's favorite creature is the skunk cleaner, but he's definitely going to be bugging me for fish for a long while...thx C-lo...the Kole was a cool looking fish. Much better in person than I thought

      pistol goby pair. it will keep your sons eyes grazing the substrate for the dynamic duo

      Good ideas for a first fish, I've been thinking about the pistol/goby as a starter. I'm going to try to hold out for a couple of weeks and get everything settled a little more

      Royal Grammas are really cool to watch in groups. It's the Psuedochromis that "usually" can only go 1 per tank and cannot be mixed with Grammas or Assessors.
