That really sucks Ty. Maybe we need to put together a grief group that meets monthly to chat about their losses. -
Another package in and this build is slowly getting more steam. I had to go with 5ft T5s since I couldn't find anything reasonable in the 6ft length or 2x 3ft.

All the new stuff and tank builds are the best part of the hobby. Thanks for following along. Opened up my rock box. Some nice rocks both pukani and reef saver but looks like I'll need some more pieces if I want to try the vision I had in mind.

Almost spot on. I haven't gotten to the rock box since I had a busy day and I also have 1 more package from BRS arriving tomorrow.

I'm hoping to make it epic. Got the green light to use our media wall. We took a trip to the room store over the weekend and my part of the tank size compromise was that we downsized our current couch sectional for a couch and 2 recliners. I see that as a definite upgrade but I had to hold my glee while I made it sound like it was my wife's decision. The tv will be relocated in front of our backyard windows onto an entertainment shelf and the wall will be repainted to a light blue to match the rest of the house.

Finally installed a water softner which was actually a very easy process and my water quality went from 450 ppm to 225 ppm and it's not even broken in yet
