I am willing to share shipping with the "northern" grp, also I work from home if we need a delivery location.
-
How about $20 for all of it or a frag of something.
-
I am available during the day all week if you want to stop by to pick this up.
-
Here are a couple pics.
-
I will try and take some pictures in the morning for you. I have 10-15lbs in various lengths (longest is ~13-14").
-
Thanks for the feedback.

I have some tonga branch that has been sitting in a bucket with a powerhead for the last 6months.
-
So I accidentally let a small package of Rod's Fish Food out on the counter over night. It was sealed and therefore didn't exposed to the air but it was defrosted. I immediately put it in the freezer where it has solidified once again. Would it be safe to use it still??

Luckily you only need to lift the tank around 1" to slide these under.

I read that results can very between batches of SW from the same bucket of salt for many brands since the minerals are not necessarily evenly distributed within the container.

If the weight of your system is less than 3200lbs you can just put some Magic Sliders underneath it. You could also drain some of your water to make it easier to move. They sell these all over the place (Target, Home Depot, etc.).

Considering that we don't have the requisite 10 people for the group order, perhaps we should wait until Hanna releases their new testers for Calcium etc.

Put me down for a regular phosphate meter.
-
Add me. I already have the upgraded account with them.
-
Which of the phosphate tests would be most appropriate for a reef tank?

I lived in Miami/Ft Lauderdale from 2003-2007 and went through numerous hurricanes. I just used a battery powered air pump to make it through. Granted I just had a FOWLR which included some inverts. I went 8 days without power once without any deaths. The key was having enough batteries to last the first few days since most areas were returning to normal after 4 days or so. I was just one of the unlucky ones.

I did get some 15 lbs of excellent honey from a guy set up just north of Bastrop. I'll be making mead next week.
Awesome. I didn't know you were a homebrew person. Do you brew any other tasty libations?

Thanks for the frags Chad & Belinda, everything is looking healthy and happy in their new home.

My phosphates were reading ~0 before I added the reactor, but I assume this was because the Bryopsis was consuming it to grow. The media I am using in the reactor is PhosBan by Two Little Fishes.
-
So today I added a Phosban reactor from two little fishes. My question is....How often should I replace the media inside of it?
TIA

JBJ 28g Skimmer

Does anyone else on these boards have a JBJ 28g nano cube? Are you still using the stock skimmer? If not, then what?
I am considering upgrading mine to an AquaC Remora. Has anyone else used one? What did you think of it?
TIA
