Pdisner
Just wanted to say hello to everyone here and introduce myself. I’ve been in a hobby for about 20 years. I’ve seen the greatest advancement in this hobby in the last 10 years or so. It’s made reef keeping a lot easier especially with the additional LED lights. My sub-interests within the hobby include breeding copepods, amphipods, rotifers and other first foods. I then sell or trade for more livestock and equipment because I am starting to breed shrimp, fish (To include clowns but many others)And other marine ornamentals. Over the past year I have learned so much about breeding. So far I have successfully spawned the Blackline Blenny, lots of Peppermint Shrimp and Benggai Cardinals. If you guys have the time, I would recommend trying to breed at least clown fish or Cardinals. It is so much fun and is really interesting. Here is a picture of Tigger pods. I have some video as well. The female are the ones with the eggs in tow, obviously. The males are smaller and appear to be more translucent. Also, a pic of my last clutch of Bengai Cardinals. They are just over a week old and man are they cute!! Finally a pic of some Peppermint Shrimp. I have only video of my Baby Blackline Blennies, no pics. I have a hard time posting video using the forum. Anyhow it’s nice to meet everyone. If anyone has any questions you feel free to contact me please. Sascha D.
Super interesting! Welcome to the club. I look forward to seeing your posts. One of these days I'm going to start a culture of phyto and rotifiers dose into the display. Maybe it's the color, but it looks like it smells. +Todd Council
That is so awesome. I love supporting local hobbyists who are pushing the standard tanks. I'll be watching for your posts when some Benggai Cardinals are ready for sale. They would make a nice addition to the tank.

San Antonio. maybe huh maybe ????No, but I do ship. Only, I don’t have any amphipods ready now. I always have Tigriopus if you need any. They are the best pod nutrition wise and easier to breed. Very hardy. I’ve been feeding fry with them. They are packed with nutrients. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
