12_egg_omelette
I was curious to see if there's any other lifters on here or any dietitians. I know we all come from different backgrounds so just curious.

uscgbeachbum
I've been "lifting" since I was 16 in 1996. Mostly power/olympic weight lifting. I've been doing mostly crossfit for the last 3-4 years now.
12_egg_omelette
Ouch you're breaking my heart with the cross fit stuff. But if it keeps you healthy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
YeetPopper
I lift in my Junior High weight room Mon, Wed, and Fri. Has anybody seen the video where the kid lifts the bar up and accidentally slams it into his tank?
12_egg_omelette
I'm thinking about starting a double split 6 day a week program for the next 3 month. Yeet, yeah I've seen it. Crazy stupid. But hey you can only blame yourself for that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

bige
I was a nutritionist for years and did power lifting and bodybuilding for years. I have been to a few Mr O shows. I met Ronnie Coleman and Dorian Yates and jay cutler. To name a few. Even met nasser.
Sascha D.
My brother was a professional body builder so I grew up with it in my family. I went to school to be a Physical Therapist and Nutritionist, but after graduation I decided that I hated it and became a professional chef. Right now I have a half rack in my home gym and enough weights to keep me happy. My wife and I normally power lift three days a week each, but she had to stop because she's pregnant. 12_egg_omelette
Sascha that's pretty awesome an ifbb pro card? Bige how many years ago did you stop bodybuilding? I think it's awesome that so many people have similar hobbies. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
12_egg_omelette
I wanted to become a chef I even looked into the CIA, but when I looked at tuition I was blown away. At that time I was watching way to much food network. I decided to go on to grad school and get a phd on someone else's dime. Sascha D.
I like to exercise, but my problem has always been dedication. I could get super swoll if I would just control my diet. Haha! My wife's goal is to look like Jennifer Widerstrom. My goal is to not die.
Wryknow
My goal is to not die. I think that may be an unrealistic goal long term, but if you figure it out please let us know how you did it
12_egg_omelette
Bringing this back. I wanted to see if anyone wanted to join a ARC style challenge. We would use my fitness pal and pick a calorie range that we are shooting for log out consumption of food and whoever stays the closest to it wins a little jackpot. Of course this will be based on the honor system. But I figure summer is just around the corner and could be a little motivating for some of us. Robb in Austin
I'm already on my fitness pal, and have been working out in the community rec center in my hood. I'm down. Also, 12egg, your avatar is worth 10xe14525 points in my book.
12_egg_omelette
Thanks Robb. I'll create a small group on it but in the mean time I'll send you message with my invite.
