Elizzy Posted May 21, 2014 Share Posted May 21, 2014 So I have this Tunze Comline Doc Skimmer 9004 and every time I unplug it (for water changes, cleaning, etc.) or if there is a power failure, I have to blow through the intake tube to get it started again. I was worried about a power failure during the storm while I was on vacation because who wants to tell their tank sitter, "oh you're gonna have to blow that to get it running again." Anyhow, I called up Tunze, spoke with Roger, he told me what the problem was and offered to give me a new part! Yay!! Unfortunately, I couldn't work my schedule to get to their location while they were open. Well, Roger went above and beyond and dropped the part off at my house on his way home.
