I have the skimmer and biopellets from my school tank rolling already, just got a bigger tank with lid. The Octopus is on order to come in Tuesday! Here we go! Octopus is here. It's a Brown Indonesian Octopus. Also getting the lid ready! Gorilla Taped the back lid openings Adding some latches with gorilla glue Will have to weight it down tonight to be safe until the glue fully cures. He's small as far as the order label is concerned. He should grow on nicely!!
Juiceman
Well, it's been pretty un eventful having an octupus! LOL He's depleting the Snail and Crab population one by one. Hopefully he'll come out more once he starts accepting feedings!
+brian.srock
You need to set up a deer cam for him.
Sascha D.
Where's he hanging out in the tank? Hopefully somewhere he can be viewed. I've always heard really cool things that you can do with an octo, but not until he gets bigger. My favorite is having them open a closed glass jar containing a live fish or crab. jestep
Maybe he's under-stimulated. He needs a little jar with some grub in it.
Juiceman
Maybe he's under-stimulated. He needs a little jar with some grub in it. That was the plan Should go ahead and do that, even though there are still snails and crabs in the tank?
ckyuv
Have you had a chance to get anymore pics with the octo in the tank, does he come out much?
Juiceman
He was all the way out this morning. Everytime I try to take a pic, the flash scares him before it takes the picture.
