+dapettit
How do you have it set up? Does an alarm sound and the yellow light lights up?
Juiceman
Yeah, sounds like something may be wrong with the plug into the jbj or ur pump. I've had no problems with mine. Make sure the float switch is plugged into the right plug.
ckyuv
i turned it so the alarm does not come on and i think thats when i first noticed it not working. i just opened it and turned the alarm back on as well as turned the time up on the pump (thats what jbj said to do) i hope this works! plugs are in the right spot. dave, i have it set so the sensor is plugged into sensor 1 and its set to mode a

ckyuv
figured it out! the hose coming from the return pump was under water and when it would add water the suction would pull it back into the bucket until it activated the pump again and would soon go into "owners an idiot" mode
Rjohn
I have been using that autotopoff.com system for over 2 years without a problem. I added a small decorative light to the extension cord so that when the pump is on, so is the light. I know that if the light stays on for any length of time, I am probably out of water in the reservois.
