    Since you aren't running a skimmer right now, I can see why you'd have an algae/phosphate/nitrate problem. I'll be interested to see how the turf scrubber will help with your phosphates/nitrates as a replacement to a skimmer.

    There are plenty of good ones on RC for $300 right now. And You can get an entry model for $100+accessories. So worth it.

    +1 for that setup. that's what I have and its all controlled through my AC III. My temp swings from 77.3-78.2. I'm running 2x250W MH and 2x96W PC on my 90G Check out my thread on it: Cheap Heat Issue solution

    that's a low light coral so it would be fine. With a 10G, you could always put it up high to give it more light if you thought it needed it.
