Im applying to universities in china. No reason really other than i have nothing holding me to austin and im still young enough to think flying to china to a university i know hardly anything about just for the fact that its dirt cheap... However the schools are oddly light for information. they seem to always tell me i will get more information when i show up. American universities will provide so much information because for americans thats how we are sold. apparently that is not much a standard. has anyone spent time living or studying china? any experiences would be enlighting. Im looking at schools in Changchun, Tianjin, and Shanghai.

the copper should have directions on it. but in laymans terms treat the fish for several days after the last syptom has disapeared. this way you are sure the dissease is killed. it should take mabye 2 weeks at least? the bottle shold have directions on it.

it still could be ick. could come in on the lr. move your fish to a little hospital tank, 10 gal or somthing like that. and treat him there. this way you can use copper and not kill your invertabrets. 10 gal is 10$ at petsmart. copper i think is 3.99?

sounds like ick. copper is the best thing for that. but i have never actually worked with it. someone who has may speak up.

check the sump. ive found fish down there that i didnt think it could get down there.

in your tank is water splashing? like a lot of air getting mixed into it? like a hose above surface or at surface sucking air in? that could be a good source to make the foam. do you have pics?

foam? like the white foam stuff you see at the ocean? that sounds like skimmer scum. check that your skimmer isnt full and overflowing the gunk back to the tank. or if something died the stuff could be rotting away and is catching somethin in your tank and foaming up. how thick is it? how bic is it? it could be natural foam forming. the foam is protiens that stick to the surface of bubbles, if your tank has a lot of flow it could be like a little mini skimmer action. so if it is right on the corner or somthing of the overflow then that might be it as well. that is as natural, just from funny flow. same affect when you see ocean waves all foamy, its because the turbulance is causing it.

no not really. its more likely its all the dust. the rock if you dont wash it first will have all sorts of dust and fine layer on the surface may break off. basically the rock is curing in a way. give it time it will clear up. but be carful, that rock from outside may have all sorts of chemicals on it. pesticides poisons etc from the yard...

YES YES YES! i bought some from lows and i lost the reciept. ill gladly sell cheaper if i could get something to pay off that bill. (paper work is not my strongsuit...)
