I have two pumps for sale: !) Ehiem 1262 for $80 2) Mag 5 for $30 I have a full bucket of Tropic marine salt(not pro) and 2/3 of another bucket of Tropic Marine. I will sell both for $60 Total. I also have an RO/DI unit(water general/ebay special) for $30. It needs new filters. I have some extra plumbing parts for it and has Inline water monitor. Good unit. We just don't have any tanks any more. That stuff sold so fast I am willing to part with a Milwaukee CO2 Regulator and PinPoint pH CONTROLLER (no Probe) for $60 for both. This will defiantly do SPS. You can replace the bulbs with any 36" T5 lights. The bulbs in it now are pretty high and still have good life left in them. Just let me know if you would like to see it.

BUMP I forgot the hangers are included with the light. Here are some pictures of the light not in action. I promise this fixture is bright enough for what ever you want to do. It maybe only be 36" but will easily do a 5ft tank no problem. Is your tank getting hot? Maybe you should consider T5 lighting? Rusty but STRONG pump

I took the tank down last summer and I am was hanging on to this stuff, but I decided there was no need.

I use aquamend from home depot. I haven't had any problems with and it is WAY cheaper. Please let the nonreef safe discussion start.

Sweet! I wish everyone could have seen the sweet videos Koji showed us. Japanese pipe fish and pygmy seahorses are crazy! Update: My luck turned around as soon as I got off the plane. I still wish I had the mud, but maybe it wasn't meant to be. I will get some eventually. BTW Sean how is the sweet light? You should post a picture of it.

Just throwing it out as an alternative. Some people(including me) have had success running their CARx on a timer(only run it at two hour intervals or some variation). I have also heard of people opening their effluent up all they way. The theory would be decreasing the water's dwell time in the reactor would lower the ALK/CA dissolved. I have not tried this.
