Not taken yet
Light don't come on until this afternoon.

Didn't get a chance to make it up to RCA, but I was near the Dome and picked up a Two Spot Bristletooth Tang and a Yellow Candy Hogfish. I think this should about do it for fish for a while.
-
Wrasses are pretty colorful, and swim all over. My six line is super active in my tank, and my blue sided fairy wrasses checks out the tank, but is not quite as active as the six line.
-
Nice looking tank. I really like the freestanding rock islands in the middle.
Do you have fish in the tank too? Lots of swimming room for them

LOL you sure you dont want a 90
I actually googled it and found some articles about aquariums being soothing to newborns and showed them to the wife. Now she thinks it was her idea to put it in there!
They are very soothing. When our daughter was just a few months old, she loved to sit in her swing and watch the fish tank... so much so she would fall asleep. She still loves watching it, but now that she is mobile (9.5 months old), there are plenty of other things to explore in the house

I got my 24g in january and I am already itching for a bigger tank. I think I just convinced my wife to let me put the 24g in the nursery when we get that going. If I move the 24g I will be getting a 72 bowfront or a 90g to replace it with.
Bu.. bu.. but I am not ready to upgrade my 75 gallon yet!
Now how come I didn't think about the put the 24g in the nursery line

I have a similar HOB fuge, and I also had the "scum" on the surface problem for a while. It went away on it's own after a few months.

weird...
Strange goings on.
Agreed. Just got around to catching up on nano-reef, and they had a data loss of half a month of posts....

Looks like RC is shut down for good:
Edit: sorry, maybe not ... Going to Reef Central says they will back.

Well, I knew about those two, but I guess what I was looking for was the "Mark this forum as read" to take me back to the index. Right now it leaves me in the forum I was reading.
It is a nitpick thing, as it really only saves 1 click
-
I miss the "mark this forum read and return to board index feature".
I know I can do that from the main index, but was looking for it while reading a forum.

And the upcoming July meeting is at his house

I would say yes ... unless you really like them If they are curly q anemones, they will most likely spread.

Welcome! Be sure to keep us up-to-date as you set up your tank.

sounds like a good idea. Is there anyway for us to do this on our selling threads? Can we change the title or maybe lock out old for sale/trade items?
Yes there is. If you go to post that started the thread, click Edit, then click USe Full Editor (or something like that), you can edit the thread title.

Another north LFS

Welcome!

Which one?
The top left most polyp (the whitish one) looks like a pest anemone, almost like a curly queue (Same with the bottom right most). The two in the middle look like zoanthids.

Twas rightside up for me.

I somewhat agree with your proposed method. I can understand the possible frustration of looking through a multi-page thread only to find the order has already been made. But I unsure of the recommendation to create multiple threads for one order... that seems to me to only complicate the issue more.
I will throw out another alternative. Maybe we could institute where the thread originator updates the thread title to include the status of that group buy, such as:
[Open] Vivid Order #5000
[Ordered] Vivid Order #4999
[Delivered] Vivid Order #4998
[Closed] Vivid Order #4997
That way comments about how the order went and pictures can all be kept together.
I would even volunteer my time to update the more recent threads with the [Closed] tag, if that was a path we all decided to go down.

Nice! Am very glad to see positive results from this. I started this same dosing regiment a few weeks back, so looking forward to having similar results
Have you noticed any improvements/changes with your acans?
-
Pretty much Zarathustra2 has all of the tips.
I recently changed the bulbs in my MH, and I cut my lighting schedule in half. I am upping it by an hour each week. So far most everything seems happy with it. Though I have two Acan's I am watching, as they are not happy ... yet two others are just fine.

I have a pair of Phase Technology Teatro 7.5 floor speakers that I am not using.
They produce excellent sound, and are in great condition. The fronts/tops/sides are in great condition. Selling them because we do not have room for them with my current TV setup.
Tested them and work fantastic.
Asking $150 $100 for the pair $50 for the pair.
They look like this (but mine are black):
Each speaker's dimension:
Width 9.5 in.
Depth 11 in.
Height 36.25 in.

Also, if you are using different lighting than the previous tank the rock was in, this could cause coraline bleaching.
