Sorry about the Blenny. However, I am of the "feed heavy, Skim heavy, do large water changes" opinion. I feed about 3 times a day. I have never had a fish get over weight.
I'm not sure if this is what you are asking, but I know that at least with my RO unit I get 4 gallons of waste water for every 1 gallon of RO/DI water.
I just waited until the cycle was finished. Be careful not to add too much at once though or you will start a new one. How about some pics of your set-up?
Clint, I just found this very interesting article about clam care that talks about these snails and treatments. Check it out:

I would be very interested in an acrylic workshop. I have made some very crude looking fish traps but that is it. I would love to "dudlicate" some of Marc's stuff. happy3.gif
I also have live rock rubble and macro algea in there.
It would be very easy to replace the bio balls with rubble. I don't know if there is any added benefit by doing that though since I have never used bio balls.
Just some thoughts:
I wouldn't worry about saving the old water other than for shipping. Just take your time acclimating the stuff to the new water just as you would if you were bringing it home from the store.
Ditch the sand. Run it barebottom for the 2 months it's in Huntsville then add new sand once you set it up here. I am sure a few reefers would be happy to donate a cup to help you seed it.
As for the corals attached to rocks, put them in a Brute trash can and fill it with enough water to keep them submerged.

I have the 220. I am pretty happy with it for the price. However I am looking to upgrade in the near future. I feel my system needs more umph. If you haven't opened it up yet I would recommend taking it back and getting the 220. It is only about a $30 difference and well worth the extra size. I feel that the gallon rating on them is a bit ambitous.
