Not positive on the price but I think they are $35. As for a pump I think a Maxi-jet would be perfect. -
That is so true. I guess that makes it all the more important that we do research before we buy. I have not done that a few times and paid the price.

does it look any better? If not I personally would take it back if you can get it off the rock without tearing it's foot. Ice cubes applied to the foot are supposed to work. Take it back and wait a few months to get one.

Anemones will deflate some from time to time. However, I would check all your parameters and make sure nothing is out of whack. If he starts sloughing off flesh he is real trouble. I am a little surprised you were advised to get an anemone so soon. I have always heard that your tank needs to be established at least several months before getting one. They need a stable tank.

One of the LFS may give you store credit for him. I don't need anything else Knocking things over. I already have 2 Belize Turbo snails that do that for me.

HQI ballasts will actually over drive the color a little bit. Meaning a blue bulb will burn a little more white.

I have 2 of them as well but I would go with PFO HQI if I had to do it over again. Strictly based on the higher PAR values that those ballasts put out. Otherwise I have no complaints. You can check PAR for different type bulbs and ballasts here: www.reeflightinginfo.arvixe.com

Aquatek has offered one and so has River City on certain occasions. I really liked the simplicity of the first card idea. I am not sure about a different logo. I am always partial to Wrasses.

I went to Radio Shack and got a couple blue 12 volt LEDs there for about $3. I then used an old cell phone charger that was a 12v transformer and wired them up. Worked great!

I know John and Brian have a vendor on glass tanks that are cheaper than Oceanic. I prefer glass just for the scratch factor.

When are you doing the order and how much is shipping. I want one of the little Maximas on page 3. I would also think about SPS-230 if shipping isn't too much.
