  3. We sucked em up with a mono jet syringe. Less damage to all involved that way. Though I suppose it's a bit different in a 150.
  4. Plastic shelving bad. They bow very quickly. Not rated for very heavy stuff. Particle board / MDF not so great and idea either since it tends to soak up the water...before one realizes there is a potential problem and leads to more troubles fast. You might find some heavy shelving racks at Home depot. Be sure to check the rating for Max weight loads.
  5. We were considering some SPS's but they are all cut to order and require extra heal time. Does anyone have a problem if it delays the order?
  6. Does any one want to do a group buy?
  7. Ditto on the WANT....Soo many purrtties... Artist needs bigger tank and budget.... ;(
  8. Urchins,.... So i take you actually vacuum the algae out of your tank (s) then. Under the supervision and assistance of a furry kitty. Ours have been calculating just how they can assist us with the tank and all its 5 fish.
  9. the afore mentioned Missus here, Hmmmm... *What sort of blenny? how big is he? We have been planning our tank with passive & small "nano" fish. I think what we are trying to do just now is avoid overloading our bio load before we find a compatible skimmer for our 44g pent tank and fitted lid and other equip like heater & Coralia, etc. http://www.austinree...ew-fish-44-gal/ But we'll pass on the cucumber....after our last adventure with one.
  10. What's the frag second from left in the back?

  14. Hi all, I have finally joined on the ARC group after assisting my hubby in our latest SW adventure tank. I have met a few of the ARC members at other group meets and in our acquisitions of frags and zoas. Its been nearly a year trying to get things working but we are quite pleased with it's progress. I'm very glad we chose salt this time round.
