    ICE CAP 660

i wish i needed one. thats a good deal
  3. This custom stand and canopy was made for my 55g tank and has a nice dark cherry finish. The top of the stand is set in 2" so you cant see the black brace that is on the bottom of the tank. The canopy is made the same way, to cover the black brace on the top of the tank. Stand Measurements: 50"L X 14 1/4"W X 32"H Canopy: 50"L X 14 1/4"W X 8"H 300$ Tank:20$ 55g Bulbs: 4 free Giesemann 54W T-5s. Used for around 8-10 months (pure actinic+, actinic+, aquablue+, midday 6500k)
  4. This tank is going to look great.. When I see this tank it reminds me of a tank im sure all of ya'll have seen on reefcentral, the "Bonsai Inspired" sps tank. Not sure how you are planning on aquascaping, but theres an idea. nice build!
  5. what up fool. you gonna come by any of this stuff

  6. The colors combinations you can achieve with the T5s are great. I have a 4 bulb Icecap Retro Kit, with 2 Icecap 660 ballast that overdrive the bulbs to 80w. That along with good reflectors and you will be able to keep anything in your 55g.
  7. I dont know from direct experience but while I was in college I had a friend named Quoc that lived in Houston, I bought alot of my sps from him, and he had a huge inwall tank (with the display and frag tank in the garage). I know his main problem was temperature control. Here is a link to one of his reefkeeping magazine articles, he talks Alot about the pros/cons of his garage setup and the issues involved. 8. Personally, I think the garlic does help out (I also use Garlic Xtreme). Has there been any significant data not to support the use of garlic as a means of improving a fish's health?
  9. if someone doesnt want to drive alll the way to dallas for a nice anemone I have one for sale 90$
  10. I got it from a good friend in Houston, Ive had the anemone for around 5 years, its split several times. Its not a "sherman," i dont think....its just a really nice colorful rbta
