i would use a filter and a skimmer. how big is your tank? if you have a nice size tank and plan on adding a sump then you could lose the H.O.B filter. but for now keep it. it can remove solid waste.

How long does it take for a bubble tip anemone to completely finish splitting? i have a green one that is splitting. It started on the 23 of this month.

Cyrus, i hope you enjoy the snails. thats a good idea about breeding them. No one seems to offer these type of snails around here. i am acclimating my zoas now and sure i will enjoy them. Thanks!

I have some of that digi, but would not mind picking up a frag from you. i will be at RCA and Fishy business today around 1pm. were do you stay in round rock. if i dont have to go to far into round rock i will pick it up. Replied to PM. I may be able to supply about 5 more. these things are hard to catch. as soon as you shine the light on them they zoom into a hole. they are fast like nassarius snails.

Would anyone be interested in about 5 or more Stomatella snails. I started of with one and now have at least 15-20 munching on algae. They are completely reef safe and are fast movers. They even eat a little bit of Cyanobacteria. I have many different sizes and two different colors. Some are brown and some have a black and white Z pattern. if they spawn in your tank like mine, it may save you a little bit of money on your CUC. I'm would like to trade for a small frag of coral. Mine is usually always open unless it senses I have shut of the powerheads or my hand is in the tank. when i feed my acans and anemone it will shrivel up. other than that it has all the little polyps(i call them goose bumps) out and stands up straight. when my blue moon lights are on it looks awesome!

The craigslist ad is still there. Its in la vernia. That's in between San Antonio and Cuero. I have family down there thats how I know about it. He told me there is nothing wrong with it and he is giving away livesand also. He just upgraded to a bigger tank. Give him a call.

my nepthea is very neon green and the stalk is a little fatter than that. Is there a difference in appearance if it was tank raised compared to coming straight out of the ocean?
