They look like green tea cup palys to me. I have some similar ones that are slightly brown.

I see the fuzzy lionfish at Aquadome from time to time. I always have to talk myself out of getting one though I have been reconsidering getting one for my predator tank.

A 240 would be big enough. I have always wanted a Sohal tang but have been a little scared of their reputation as cold hearted killers. I am a fish addict so I can never have a "last fish added". I am continuously trading out older fish for newer juveniles because I love watching them grow up. I think if you got a juvenile Sohal it would be perfectly fine with other tangs, it may just try to be the dominant tang for a while until he/she gets punked to the bottom of the pecking order.

I would like to get a bunch of cerith snails for my tank. I have not seen any in local shops, but then again I haven't really looked. Does anyone know if any of our local shops sell them?

Can Ricordea and Mushroom Corallimorphs Walk?

They are in the same family as anemones. They'll move around. A lot of folks I have seen with free ricordia and mushrooms have put them in hamster balls with rubble rock on the bottom. Once it is attached they do not move too much. -
How long have you been in the hobby? When I first started I tested all the time and always freaked about my nitrates. After a while I started being able to tell if my nitrates were getting high by looking at a specific coral. As some folks have mentioned already, the tests are highly variable and easy to mess up. I am still waiting for one of the Hanna Checkers to be a Nitrate test. It is true about the filter media. If you have it in there, it will trap stuff and cause nitrates to build up. That's why you clean your filters though. As long as you keep up with it, it shouldn't be a problem.

I'd just a Hoevan's Wrasse to get rid of flatworms. I put one in my tank when I had flatworms and they were gone in two weeks. I haven't had a single parasite in the tank since adding the Hoevan's.

That's a little small for a naso. I would recommend a mimic tang, a white cheek, or a powder brown.

How long is your 90 gallon tank? Is that the biggest tank you have?

I miss my standard naso. She was just getting way to big. I had her in my 185. I got her when she was about 2 inches long. Within a year she was about a foot long. I had to take her out due to her rapidly increasing size.

Looks like a Kenya Tree type coral. They can be pretty cool. I love the coloration on the stalk of that one. It looks like your sea horse likes it.

I've done it before and didn't have any problems. You can always get some plastic sheets if you're concerned and make a "kill room" type area ("Dexter" reference) that is just your aquarium. It'd seal it all out.

I am okay then. It's been over an hour and no sensations of pain other than right at the penetration point. It just feels like a splinter. No swelling or discoloration. I think my main concern was that I had no basis of comparison for what it would feel like. I have not been stung by a bee or bitten by an ant in many many years.

I'm not too sure if anything has happened as I do not know what to look for. I haven't barfed yet so I assume I'm okay.

I have heard that Radiata Urchins have venom. What kind of venom do they have? I just got jabbed by mine about 30 minutes ago. I soaked my hand in epsom saltwater for a bit. My finger does not hurt or anything. I just see the little stab mark where the needle went in.

Hmm, I wouldn't worry about it then. He probably just grew really fast or a rock fell on him. I would only worry if it started to widen.
