Tank / home monitoring

Worked great in my old house, when I moved it worked for a while, but overtime the voltage thieving that it has to do to charge it's batteries was preventing the outdoor AC unit from functioning properly. Sold it :( I use a z-wave thermostat controllable via my security system (and iOS), but it doesnt have the scheduling and data tracking that the nest did. If they every made a new version, I'd take it back in a heartbeat.

You could still have a Nest, but you would need to have a "C" wire installed if the voltage sipping is causing problems. I have had no problems at all without a C wire on my system and (1st gen) Nest.
