(Bio)³
"Hot and cold water pipes were run over to the location for easy filling." Must be for that time your fish wanna enjoy a hot tub in the middle of winter!

(Bio)³
'tis freshwater...sooo, yeaahhh I just owrry about the metals that come out of the hot water heater. But I dont know FW enough to know if it matters to the fish or not. I'd rather warm my water with a heater and then water change
Robb in Austin
As a general rule, warm water in FW is not a problem. When I change my FW tanks I try to temp match the incoming with the outgoing, which involves utilizing the warm water tap. Never had issue in 8 years. Planeden
i used to use warmed water, too. but then i just added a garden hose into the bathroom. they seem to love swiming through the hose stream. also, doesn't this remind you of a build a guy just started talking about on here yesterday?
