It kind of looks like a bristleworm, they can be various colors depending on the species. It wouldn't hurt to get rid of it at the very least. Where do you typically find them? I have some that are this pale, yellowish-pink color. kinda gross looking but I've never caught them acting up or eating anything that wasn't dead first. It was really hard getting a good picture especially with an iphone but it was just a worm with little legs coming out.
