Picture must be of a fish. Can be taken in a tank or in the wild (but still must be taken by you). You may only win one membership per calendar year. Thus if you already won a photo contest in 2011, you may still enter, but will not qualify for a free premium membership if you win. I also used Lightroom to edit the photo to this neat effect.
