+Hydro
I found these corals this weekend. The pink mille looks like it has pink or red polyps, I hope it looks like the picture! The zoas are really cool too, you don't see that yellow color in zoanthids very often.

+Hydro
i will want a frag eventually. NO RUSH!!! No problem. Since I didn't hear from you I was thinking there for a minute you didn't like it! I already had you down for a frag
+Hydro
I'm supposed to get them tomorrow morning, hopefully I will have some good pics to post. Hopefully this wasn't just trick lighting!
JasonJones
They both look great. I hope the milli is able to hold the color. It seems like it would need a super low nutrient system to stay that light. You can put me on the list for a frag of those polyps.
+Hydro
The pink mille is probably going to die and I'm pretty frustrated about it. They shipped the coral in a tiny bag with no cold pack, what were they thinking! It about 75% bleached...well bleached isn't the word its actually shedding its skin rapidly. What is interesting is that the polyps are actually out on the part of the coral still alive... but the shedding continues to move up. Maybe I should frag off the part that is still alive. +Hydro
Its really purdy...what's still alive. The zoas are opening up, they will be fine I'm sure.
Starsprinkle Rainbowsmile
Hope you ripped into whoever you bought that from; you shouldn't be selling corals over the internet if you don't even know how to ship them properly. Sad, what a beautiful coral.
+Hydro
I did for sure, they are going to replace it for me. They were very apologetic and instantly offered my money back, I told them that I wanted another coral instead. They are a good company that just made a mistake. I was really mad at first but it is what it is. What is strange is that I had a feeling that this would happen for some reason. I'm 90% sure that it will live and that all of the damage is done, only time will tell.
Starsprinkle Rainbowsmile
Cool, glad to hear the company standing behind its service and products. Are you going to frag off the living parts, or keep it whole? I've never had much luck with part of a coral dying and the rest surviving unless I cut off the dead parts. But yours may be fine, who knows.
+Hydro
Only if I have to, I don't want to stress it more than it has been. If the bleaching continues I will frag off the living sections for sure.
