I am not sure what you mean? I am only using 260W compact flourescents on my tank. I have had this set up for years. The leather was little when I got it and I only introduced it to the tank when another ARC member gave it to me in trade for another male mandarine dragonette that I had. That was about a year ago. Is there something that I should worry about or are my worries long gone since they are both doing well? Hmm... I never thought about that. Now I am going to have to do some research...

Wow! I can't believe how many people are interested in this linkia. I am not looking for money since I would probably use it at aquatek or RCA. I would like a small piece of superman monti fyi but the only person that I know whom has a decent size one wants to trade something different. It is still available since most of the corals offered I already have. Please no SPS, since I do not have the right lighting to care for them.. Thanks

That's funny.. I was just wondering if he will damage my coral. He seems to get a little agressive when I come near the elegance.

I have a blue linkia that is about 6-7 inches and some zoas that I would like to trade some thing for. I would prefer some type of coral frag that is other than green. I have some neon green polyps that are just getting pretty healthy in my tank as you can see and would like to have some other colors. Let me know what you have. I would like to have this starfish rehomed ASAP as I am a bit impatient and have a tendency to just go and get store credit. I just don't have enough live rock for him to eat out of. I have had him for about a year but it is time that I let someone take care of him better than I have... By the way, those of you hard reefers out there, I was wondering if you can tell me if this is normal of a clownfish. He seems to have started hosting my elegance coral and was wondering if I should let him continue or get rid of him. He just recently started this about a month ago and am just wondering what your thoughts are. I am just worried about the coral since I have had her for about 5 years.... This is awesome work. I think I will begin this project by the end of this month. Do you think that I can ge some guidance when the time comes. I am new to calcium reactors but hear that they are great for reef tanks. I just find it hard to justify to my other half the cost of buying one of these new. Therefore this solution is definitely doable. Now , since I am new to calcium reactors, would this be a fair size for a 75 Gallon tank. Please excuse the question but I am not too familiar with how these things work but know that I would like to have one.

Coral Life Protein Skimmer $50 I bought this brand new for $140. It works greats does not include pump. I ended up using the pump on a smaller in sump skimmer that I have and this is just being stored. I used this one for about two months and ended up selling the tank. This is my first day back from Michigan and tomorrow afternoon I am traveling to San Antonio for the weekend. You are correct but I prefer smaller ones. I bought these close to this size but I like to see them grow. Some of the other fish that I have, have been with me about 3-5 years. I would like some small ones to also enjoy seeing them grow. See them begin to develop the own personalities based on their long term environment and their keeper..

I had recently posted a comment on asking "How many fish was good to keep in a 75G." Many thanks to the people that replied. I realized now that my tank is overstocked. I have recently taken some fish for credit because of this. Now I am looking to trade my blue tang for a healthy smaller one. The one that I have is approximately 4 inches and I would like a smaller one maybe a 2 inch one. I also have a yellow tang that is about the same size. I would like a 2 inch one. I would have traded these guys for credit as well but they would not have given me enough in credit to purchase a smaller version of them. Sooo, if you are interested, send me a PM. I will be out of town for a few days but will be responding to any messages.
