The waste water is cleaner then the water you start with. It goes through 3 stages of filtration before it is waste water. It is not a problem at all
-
You can put me down for 50 reagent packets as well
-
I want one when are you going to order? Post the total an I will send PP

Do not put copper in your display. I would start adding garlic to the food and feeding a little more heavy. this will usually strengthen the fish and they will pull through. If you want to medicate do so in a separate QT.

I was driving by a couple months ago and saw the door open. I stopped and talked to Matt for a while real nice guy and very nice corals. I have been watching his site also wanting to see what he has coming in.

I say do it.
Dale I would like to come by and pick up some things when I can get some $$$ together.

On my 55g I used a sawzall and cut one of the holes bigger to allow access to clean and for a pump. Mine are white and you can see the water level.

Watch your Lps and softies and see how they react. If they seem OK then l would leave everything alone, if not redirect the flow. As a reference for flow I have about 4500 in my 120g.

Just FYI a clarkii can grow to 6"
-
Just call them and ask if they have any. 836-7272 They sell them for $5. I think they have 15g, 30g, and 55g. I cleaned mine with vinegar and then baking soda.

I use the white barrels for Ro/Di and mixing salt
-
i may have to try this because i dont have a sump. are using you using this method or did you buy a setup.
I am using the BRS system with an Aqualifter on my sump and in my garage for my Ro/Di I bought a float switch from an A/C supply and a solenoid valve from AutoTopOff.com
-
I have a friend that works there. I don't know if it is public knowledge yet.

I found out the other day that Coke is closing the Austin plant and combining it with San Antonio. If you want barrels you should hurry. I don't know the exact date for the shut down.
-
AutoTopOff is a good choice. BRS has an inexpensive 1 also. Another option would be going to a A/C supply house and buying 1 or 2 floats for about $9 each. You can easily wire them in to an extension cord or the cord for the pump. You can also use a bucket an some soft airline with a knot in it to control the flow rate (only let it drip slowly) and work off of a syphon. This could be done for a couple bucks.

Very nice. Where did you find them?

I am partial to Octopus. Good value Good products
-
For your clean up crew I would add 50 Cerith( if dwarf then 100) and probably 10 more nassarius. Check your Po3 and Kh. I have found that if I keep my Kh above 11 dkh my Ph never dips below 8.3 and my sps are growing great.

Most of the time during the group buy you get the lowest price no matter the quanity ordered. You should not have to order 3, check on Tues after you get the email saying the buy has started.

Buy the ROX 08 from BRS. It is worth the extra $. Best on the market, IMO
-
Sounds like it is time to replace it.
