    We were talking about that yesterday. I'm going to have to look into it. 75 gallons would have been bad. 265 gallons would be much worse.

    When I talked to him he wasn't sure, but he suspected that the crack may have originated from one of the holes that was drilled in the bottom for the closed loop.

    I talked to Don earlier today. It was lucky he was still awake and was able to do something. He said the whole tank drained in 20 minutes or so. He was able to pull out a lot of water into containers to put his coral and fish into and had some other water already made up to supplement. But if he'd already been in bed he'd have lost everything. (silver lining, as he put it) Absolutely the worst nightmare.

    I'd like to do LED...but the cost for the 200ish LEDs that I'd need to buy to build the rig have given me pause. Of course...I've just saved a lot of money by switching to Tate...

    I was following the creation of the shadowbox on MAAST and RC. Love the way it turned out. If my next tank wasn't going to be a "see through" setup I'd be looking into setting up my own. Welcome to ARC!

    What browser? So far I've seen it work with both Chrome and Firefox. On the "Active Content" page it doesn't seem to work for me for these two threads: WTB fighting conch, nerite snails, & cerith snails WTB Aqua C Remora Pro But it pops up for the rest of the threads near the top. weird.

    Dena, what is the overflow and drain setup on that tank? I'm trying to figure out the best way to setup a peninsula overflow and a wavebox on a 72" tank...

    Jealous!! 72"x30" is the exact base size I'm looking at with a peninsula overflow. Congrats!
