I bought this 29 gallon bios cube a few years ago to get started, really liked it, so I bought a 90G Oceanic. I let my brother-in-law use the biocube, but he eventually got tired and gave it back. I used it as a hospital tank for some time, but its time to let it go as its really just taking up space.

So I have a 29 gallon bios cube with its factory hood, which has the CF lights in it, no modifications to it. I havnt been using the hood since I bought a Coralife 150w HQI Tank mount (link below)

This has the matching Biocube stand and is in pretty good shape.

I figure 500 OBO will be enough. I am open to suggestions on this price. The bulb in the Coralife was used for about a month and hasn’t been on for some time. At this time, I am not parting out. I prefer to sell it as a unit. I didn’t post pictures as this is a standard biocube.

Howdy all! I've been a member for some time, but I let my membership lapse and I need to renew. How do I do that? i really liked the ARC discount at River City!

my water is not as clear as I would like it, and slight green hair algea and some of the really dark red algea (not velvet). I dont over feed and the tank has been up for a few years.

So I am considering a UV module for my 90G system, but before I bite, I was wondering if anyone is using it, why did you get it, did it resolve your issue, which brand/model do you have?

I have a biocube I am getting ready to sell, nothing wrong with it, just that we have a 90G now and I couldnt handle both at the same time. It has the factory hood, and also has a clamp on 150w metal halide light (to be used without the hood). The light alone is worth 300 bucks new.

Who's bi annual sale is it?

Not sure if this was ever done, but did anyone ever schedule a date/time for everyone to bring their stuff to trade with each other to get rid of stuff and acquire someone else's stuff? I wonder if one of RCA's friday sales would be allowed?

I bought 2 of these MP40's thinking I would need them both to get a wave going in my 90G, but one has been more than enough, so I am selling one of them. I have a nice 1 inch wave on about 2/3rds power (it can get bigger too) and I have great flow in all areas. This can be seen when food is dropped into the tank, it literally goes everywhere easily (I would be happy to demonstrate this). This MP40 was made in July 2010 and I bought it brand new. I have the box and all items that come with it. I used it for about a week or so.

I am asking 400 firm, cash only and no trades. As you can se in the link below, the unit sells for 445 at marine depot. This will be first come first served ( I will be out of town this weekend though)
