What are the dimensions on the tank?

Update?

The 90g is a standard size Im guessing? I would either go 6 or 8 T5's, or two 250w MH's with 2 T5's. I would use the 12'' PC's on your fuge.

Which unit did you get? The one from Melevsreef or from bulkreefsupply?
LOL! I dont have either. I have just heard good things about both and they have decent prices.
I bought a used one from another reefer that needs to be upgraded SOON!

Mike its a 6100. People have even used a 6055 for the smaller tanks. There is also a DIY control and diagram out there, but Im not all that great with wiring diagrams and circut boads.LOL!

No pics of the build. It is a very simple box 5''x4.5''x10'' made of 1/4'' acyrlic. It has an open top, and 1 hole for the Tunze 6100 to slide into. It only took about 30 mins to build the box. Im running into a small problem with the pump overheating and shutting down. I think it may be caused by using the 7091 controller. The 7091 only allows me to turn the pump down to 30% power. The Tunze wavebox is using a 6091 controller that allows the pump to completely shut off. So I believe if I replace the controller all will be good! I will take some pics of the box and get them posted ASAP!

If you do the angled bottom its going to be bare glass? How will you keep sand or rock or anything on it? If you keep the angle I would use acyrlic for sure. That a decent load on a glass seem.
