I make it a large batch at a time so pretty confident once I dial it in that its reading the correct number. Its not the machine's fault ever that its reading the wrong alk... Its usually my fault with inaccurate mixing of the reagent and I'll have to adjust as needed but then its spot on until I run out again. I just have trust issues in general. Lol.

I have it in monitor mode only... I have trust issues and can't seem to let go yet and let it run in control mode. [emoji51]

I take all my pictures in RAW format with the "Shade" temperature setting on my Nikon D5300. I then use Lightroom to match what I see in person. I get much better results this way then shooting JPG.

It's got great blue presence... Very bright blue in person and even brighter under higher par. I'm tempted to move it higher!

I like my Jaebo BC return pump... Silent, variable, and been working for 3 years so lasts longer than their circulation pumps.

Thanks for the first hand experience. I plan to try a Kamoer out as well. My MTC reactor isn't keeping up with my coral uptake anymore and I have a giant Deltec CaRX but it could never keep a stable effluent. I was going to try the Kamoer on it and see if I can keep it stable. If so, I'll run that as my new CaRX.

Short answer bud... Its the reactor design. I ran 4 reactors up to this point, 3 worked well and never had issues with unsteady flow that constantly slowed down... One did. After trying everything to try to troubleshoot the one... Came down to design flaws to me regarding pressure. Some say you can run a prefilter for the CaRX but that didn't work for me either. So really, get an old PM CaRX, a Korallin, or an MTC Pro Cal and you can ditch the peristaltic pumps. Otherwise, run a peristaltic or be ready to kick up your flow every 7-10 days when it slows down again. Just my 2 cents from the reactors I've played with.

I never looked into identifying stoneroller so honestly don't know. No, I haven't run across that one Domincan.
