    Spotted Mandarin

Thanks Mitchell...appreciate the compliment on the tanks. I always think other peoples are much nicer LOL. I think we do that because people usually have things we don't and we are like "AWWWWWWWEEE". ReefGazer, I didn't get a PM from you. My cell is 698-7192. I have the mandarin in a little plastic holding thingy floating in the tank. I have offered her cylopese and she's not touching it. So I am certain she doesn't eat frozen...which really sucks because I would never have gotten her. Dena
  5. I found a site that you could buy this for $47 new so I'm going to lower my price to $30. I paid $60 for it at LFS, but that's okay
  6. This is the green one with the "spots" on it. A little skinny right now. I put it in my Solana only because I was told it ate frozen. I have never seen it go after frozen and despite adding pods at least every other month, it is not getting fatter. Use to be a nice plump little thing. Still actively searching and picking at the rocks, not sickly or on it's death bed. So before it gets to that point, I need to find it another home. My large tank already has two so I don't want to add it to that one. Not sure if it's male or female, but think it's a female...doesn't have a long spike on top. I caught it and it's ready to go tonight or I can meet someone at RCA tomorrow at 11a.m. $10. Dena
  7. Nice coloring with pink tips...fully stretched about 4x4. My clowns pay no attention to it and I'm making some changes to a couple of my nano's. Asking $20. Can bring to RCA at 11a.m. tomorrow (Saturday). Comes attached to a rock. Dena
  8. Sorry for the large photos...I had better ones of the purple valida, but after putting them on the computer I couldn't find them again. I'm having issues today
  9. These are two of my favorite pieces. The purple valida is a tough one and survived my unstable large tank until I could move it. I realized this week the reason for some of my coral death recently...my RO filters were dead. I've got a new RO system, but it will be some time before I've done enough changes so that my water is good again throughout the tank. These two pieces are in great shape, but I want them gone before anything happens to them. Once it starts, and they are in my tank, it won't stop. Purple Valida mini colony on it's own rock about 3x3" (approx) with lots of 1" growths. I got this when it was just flat on the rock. It's a nice purple color like the Purple Bonsai. Polyps are purple and some are bright green usually around the encrusting areas. Currently under LED's. Asking $50. Tri-Color Acro...grew this from a thin 1" frag. It's curved oddly so it's hard to measure it...at least 3" tall with lots of small branches growing. I think it's on a plug...plug is encrusted over the top. It's under 250W metal halide, but the colors don't show well with the bulb I have. Asking $30. I will be at RCA on Saturday at 11a.m. I would LOVE to get these sold by this weekend because I've had this luck where I'll post something and in if it's not gone within a week, I end up killing it. 10. Sorry for the double post...I was being impatient.
  11. Asking $40. It's already calibrated and is used, but it is in excellent condition. Doesn't look like it's ever seen water. Comes with the original case also. No longer needed...new RO system has two built in. Can meet at RCA at 11a.m. tomorrow, Saturday. Dena
  12. Okay, dropping to $80 for the whole thing...or parting out: Tank, filter, heater, thermometer - $30 Light - $60 Will trade for a decent nano skimmer for my new nano. I need the money more, but will consider a trade for a nano skimmer (prefer Tunze LOL). Dena
  13. Yeah, it could definitely be used as a frag tank. Last summer I used it to quarantine the stuff I collected from the coast. The lighting is not good for SPS, but LPS and softies would work. The light works great, bulbs turn on, they are just old and I would recommend replacing them. If you wanted to set it up quickly and then replace, they would be fine for that. Dena
  14. 20 gallon long tank, back is black. Comes with a light, not sure of the brand. It fits perfectly on the tank with mounting legs. Light consists of a 65W actinic, 65W 12K daylight and each end has two blue LED night lights. All three lights have their own power switch. Bulbs need to be replaced, but the fixture is in excellent condition. Has a small heater and a HOB filter that is rated for a 10g, but will work if you change the filter often. I used this to keep some live rock alive. It also has a little bit of black and white sand and some rock rubble if you want it...not enough to fill the whole tank...only about half. Asking $100. Dena

Wish I could get the chili pepper and a poseidon polyp, but my new car cleared out my savings...for the next two months at least
  16. I guess my order went through last night: 30 dwarf cerith - $6 5 blue leg hermits - $2 10 Nassarius - $4 4 Medium Nerites - $2.32 1 Reef Pods - $11.99 1 1penny Macro - $.01 1 Gracilaria - $4.49 1 Dried Whole Nori 3oz bag - $9.99 Total - $36.72
  17. I tried to place an order, but it wouldn't accept my credit card...will try again later. I just placed a large order at Bulk Reef so my cc company may be trying to play it safe.
  18. I might be able to sneak in an order.
  19. If you end up parting out, I'd be interested in the two powerheads....
  20. Did you get my PM the other day???
