    If they are not working as described and were not sold to you AS IS, then I agree, that is pretty crummy not to offer full refund/exchange. Hope yall reach a resoultion where both parties are satisfied.

    Next time, put a small dinner plate on the sand and pour the water on to it. That way the sand doesn't get disturbed.
