  1. I found it just below the "Recent Gallery Additions" section on the main page. No icon just a statement. Dave-
  2. That is what I was refering to in my post. However I was suggesting hard plumbing it. It would be cheaper to get the filter housing at Lowes or HD and mod the cannister for your media. Either way I think you will need an extra pump or more powerful pump. JMHO. Dave-
  3. Well of couse he is. . .
  4. Just like Mark to butt in. I keep forgetting I have a large system. Tske a look at Marks set up. I think that will answer all you questions. Dave-
  5. You may also need a ball valve as well. You could always turn the ball valve off when not using the reactors. How much are those anyway?
  6. Yeah kinda, Ytou would need to T inot your overflow and put the filters in-line. then have the filters empty out into your return. Using the by-pass valve on the filter heads you can have water by=pass the media, have only one churning the medis or both. That's the nice thing about setting it up this way. Dave-
  7. You also might think about plumping into your water line 2 small water filters. If you decide to use these you can mount them to the top of the inside of your stand (make sure you have enough room to unscrew and remove them). It the type that have a shut off and pass through. You will need to mod the canister to work but it is easy. A fellow reefer is using this set up and it works like a charm. Can you psot a pic of your sump area? Dave-

Welcome to the addictioin, I mean club.
  9. I belive you have to riun them in seperate reactors. I would do it after the skimmer. Are you going to set them inside your sump? Dave-
  10. Everything looks good. The only negative would be the lighting on the kypronite is a little hot. Dave-
  11. lookin good! are you doing in post-prodution software?
  12. Can I pick mine up Thurday after noon?
  13. I have a nice 1"+ wave. I had to put my K4's in the back pointing up since my overflow is in the middle of the tank. Everyting seems to be happy. The nice thing I discovered is I always hit my rockwork with a turkye baster to clean up an junk left on it. I did the turkey baster thing and no junk on the rock. OMO, you will still need some follow over your corals. Dave-
  14. I have a Tunze Nano Wave box on my 150 but is only 60" long. Dave-

    Filter Socks

We'll take them. What time Saturday? Dave & Robin
  17. The photos seems to be underexposed. A longer exposure would lighten the photo up. Using the tripod with the camera's timer may allow for a longer exposure. What model camera do you have? Dave-
  18. Composition is great. Need a little work on the exposure. Do you have a tripod? Might want to download Gimp or another free photoshopish program. This will really help for post production. Just a few clicks in photoshop: Dave-
  19. Gotta watch those hammmers! All kidding aside sorry for you lose. At least they'll grow back.

  24. LiLS, No worries, Glass is hard but it can be done. You might google it.
  25. Its not glass it is acrylic (plastic) check out my blog: The Saga of the 150, just click on the link in my signature. I spent 52 hours over a course of three months reburbishing this tank. Now I just need to borrow the magnetic blocks of a small acrylic repair kit. I know some one has on of these (and you know who you are). PM me if you have one. Thanks again, Dave-
