      Well, I've been doing some research to see what existing equipment I can use. I moved a couple of corals to a pico so they wouldn't completely die (we'll see).

      Yes, I was at happy hour and didn't feed my fish. The fungia was perfectly happy and the Coral Beauty started at its mouth and worked its way down. :(

      I think the fungia will pull through.

    Found an empty snail shell. This scares me into thinking I still have a polyclad flatworm. Here's wishing I had started my tank with dead rock....Anymore dead snails and I may have to.

      Yes, and I bought plenty of empty shells for them (almost all have already upgraded, lol). This was a little snail, so I guess it's possible it was a hermit. :) I'm doing random flashlight checks throughout the night.

      I had a string of fish jumping out at one time - turned out my cleaner shrimp went rogue and was attacking them while they slept. I did witness it...you may want to camp out with a flash light.

      Move far? That's how long it took me to move from RR to Austin. 39g to a 55g. Few months later I got a different 55g so did a transfer - like Jestep said above :)

    Got the base rocks laid out and mortared for the 210g. Also got them attached to plexiglass bases to make them easier to handle. Today I'll work on the second tier of rocks, do some fragging. And laundry. Gotta do laundry.

      Actually I am serious. :) My bubble algae started to turn clear and I thought, yay, it's dying. Turns out it's maturing.. AGH!!!! So I'm wondering, if you pop those green bubbles with immature spores, is that still bad?

      I remember when I added a peppermint to my tank and within minutes, the cleaner had killed it. :( It is a shrimp eat shrimp world!
