  1. I ended up not being able to go. Stomach flu hit the household. If I'm headed south for anything I'll let you know. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. No need to trade I have plenty of rock Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. If you need a rock with a bunch of little aptasia on it I can bring one to C4. I have one that all of the sudden just exploded with Aptasia. I am thinking laser. Not decided yet.
  4. I am aptly following this. Thanks so much for the details and photos.
  5. It's moving day. from RichardL to my house. Here comes my last tank. Super excited.

I know right! I have been thinking to start one but seriously, Richard is a hard act to follow. I will do the tank justice. I haven't started on it yet. It is in place and I am still planning a few things before I start it up. There will be a build thread to come.

  6. added a family member, had to let the 220 go for now.

  7. Decided we are keeping the 220. Done.

  8. I worked and lived on major cruise ships for 14 years traveling the world via the oceans. Plus, teaching scuba for many years I have been on or under the ocean a large part of my life. Now I bring the ocean to my living room.
  9. Great... My "I don't think I'll have aptasia for dinner tonight" peppermit shrimp is bursting with eggs. I have 5 of them in the 55 with hopes they would eat the aptasia. Evidently they were busy doing other things. Maybe I'll get lucky and it will be a pregnancy craving or the babies will have a taste for aptasia.

  10. Well, it seems something fishy has been going on with my Bangaii cardinals the stork came today! Took a minute to figure out what the alien little thing swimming in the tank was then I saw Daddy with a mouthful so there are more to come. I think it would be more stressful to try to isolate so I am going to let nature continue to take its course and hope for the best. The free swimming one was really moving around well so fingers crossed. Cigars for everyone!

I used a photo of the only baby I have seen so far as my photo. Weird I have only ever seen one. I saw more in his mouth last weekend but doesn't seem like he still has them. But, still only finding one. He stays in the front left corner at the bottom so easy to see.

  11. So happy, after 4 months I came home to see the watchman goby and Randall's shrimp have finally found each other and are playing house!

  13. Rose anemone split and move to my green slimer. Bleached out one side over night. Luckily the other side is doing ok.

Move the slimer. I speak from experience.

  14. RCA rented me a fish trap. So far all the fish I want to keep love it and the 4 I want to catch are the only ones not eating in it. Hopefully today is the day to catch a six-line wrasse!
