  1. Instead of dropping my price, what if I went up? $150 takes this awesome full brand new dosing kit, pumps, supplements, and jugs! Can't beat that. This weekend only.
  2. Usually see those listed as trumpet corals with those colors. People list them as candycanes when it's green or blues. Not sure why. Aquadome sometimes has those hiding back in the LPS frag tanks.
  3. RCA first Friday sales are, as said, first Friday of every month from 7-10pm. He keeps the doors open late and offers 20% off livestock and usually has free food and drinks. Pizza and beer are a common and welcome theme. Cookies and soda for the kids as well usually.
  4. This is a beautiful tank when it's up and running. Excellent dimensions, perfect room divider. Sad to see you shut it down. Now who am I going to buy phams Zoas from at half his price?
  5. Decent sized GSP rock $25 Still good live rock here. No you can't have the tonga.
  6. I recall specifically saying "ooh, what in here can I take home and kill?"
  7. Nothing special, I already have solid white SPS sticks in my tank.
  8. I'm pretty sure if you just look at his tank the wrong way that Red Dragon drops branches.
  9. How long has it been in the system? Did you change anything right before it did that? Mushrooms and anemones can both occasionally do their own water changes/pooping where they spew stuff into the water and look deflated/gross for a day or so. They both can sometimes try to spawn and would be releasing sperm into the water column. I don't see my mushrooms doing this as often as my urchins and brittle stars will immediately after a water change. Having a little 12g, a water change was probably a good idea. In larger volumes it's not as big of a deal. If the mushroom looks happy, I don't think it's a big problem.
  10. I'll bump this one too -- Drop to $120. Awesome deal on a complete dosing setup. Just add timers or plug into your controller and GROW CORALS LIKE A MADMAN. The possible profits from coral farming are HUGE, so it's silly for you no to buy this.
  11. Drop to $200. Awesome pump for that external upgrade you were thinking about.
  12. Nobody needs a second tank for anything? The brown on the bottom of both the tank and sump are just the original paper from the acrylic on the outside that was never removed. I don't have a good plastic scraper so I'm not planning on scratching it up trying to remove. Make me an offer.
  13. Blue Dc1200 and all 3 wavemakers sold. Who else needs some awesome DC pumps?
  14. When were you thinking of moving? I just bought 4 suction cups that are going to soon be available for rent @ RCA for premium members. Moved a DSA Neo 185 with 3/4" glass with them last weekend. Very similar 60x30x24, and it was about 450#
  15. D@mn dude, wait for him to pick it up before you go posting that! I'm holding you liable! In reality there are dozens of awesome DIY threads out there on these things, including ones from Bud - the maker of Turbo's. The fact that Seth wants this one leads me to believe he's done his research and has probably been wanting to get this one to try for a while (or already has one or two?). I think of him as a very capable dude when it comes to plumbing and DIY tank stuff, who also likes to drop a bit of cash on the higher quality equipment when it suits. He'll be pretty happy with it, or make it work better, or just pay it forward to the next guy.
  16. Permission? Don't you know it's easier to ask for forgiveness? Seth wins this round.
  17. Yeah, he seems to have great reviews and seems to answer questions on R2R, but building these is his second job and he made some comments about his real job getting super busy and so he doesn't have time right now. So busy catching up on current orders as well. Why not just buy this, then upgrade your tank to match? I could probably sell it in a heartbeat if I was an active R2R member and felt like posting in his threads. I like my ARC tho.
  18. Both 360 pending pick up. A350 still available.
  19. Brand new Turbo's Aquatics L8 Algae Turf Scrubber Never installed, not in original box. The main components are all here and LED work great as they are NEW. There may be some of the secondary parts I can't find like extra PVC slip tubing, screen, etc parts that can be picked up most likely locally from big box stores, or ordered online. It does come with 2 of his prototype drain control valves that he is working on mass producing. Contact Bud for info on how all that works. Please read up and ask me all questions before purchase. I promise you I know very little about this thing, but will try to answer my best. https://www.turbosaquatics.com/features.html - All you need to know can be found here and on the many R2R threads with people who love these things. The original parts list is here if you want to look it over and compare to what I have listed. This one is supposed to "clean" or whatever up to 8 cubes of food a day worth of gunk from your tank. Not sure how that's a measurement, but that's how he labels them. Each side of this thing has 32 algae growing LED on dimmable drivers. This case measures 17" x 11" x 6" + fittings etc. RETAIL - $849 +$45 shipping. If you read through his threads you can get an idea of his current lead times etc. Seems like it's usually about a month out on certain sizes. Here, now, in hands - $OLD - as-is. plastic mounting "brackets" 24"
  20. Bump, lowered prices. Nobody needs easy LED lights?
  21. Thanks Rory! One DC12000 gone. For those not in the know, all these are controllable flow and can move a very little or a LOT of water per your choosing.
  22. Just down the road from that Kessil Party. Jebao DCT-12000 - $75 Jebao marine aqua dc-12000 -$OLD Jebao DCT-8000 $60 Jebao DCP-18000 - $OLD Jebao RW-20 wavemaker - $OLD Jebao WP-60 ? - $OLD No label on controller, looks like wp60. This thing moves serious water. $OLD Broken WP-40 with controller and power supply. $free for parts with purchase of any other pump. All have been in use recently, pulled from system, cleaned and tested. No extra plumbing parts, just bare pumps or what you see on them. Georgetown nights and weekends, arboretum area during weekday. OBO, combo deals between my sale threads.
  23. Sea Clear aquatic 50gallon drilled acrylic tank & steel stand. Precision Marine sump. Whole system $OLD Was running as a kids tank recently. It does have scratches like it was cleaned with the wrong pad. Not super visible when filled. Great office tank, qt, kids tank. Not DT unless you aren't picky. Light enough you could most likely buff clear pretty easy with the right pads. Tank 36*15*20 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000634H50/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_dMCGBbHHTME5S I do have that freshwater light somewhere. No bulb. Stand 36*19*30 https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/imagitarium-brooklyn-metal-tank-stand-40-gallons Tank & Stand $OLD Precision Marine Sump with ATO float valve installed. $OLD Pretty sure this is an older R30 version. 30*14*16 https://www.precisionmarine.com/product/r30c🇺🇸/ There are 2 cracks that have been repaired with acrylic glue, both front corners, above the water line. Was in use no problems or leaks. Repaired with acrylic weld. Pair with kessil, rock, skimmer, pumps from my other threads. The ES100 was running on this system. Georgetown nights and weekends, arboretum area during weekday. OBO, combo deals between my sale threads.
